With purchase of a shed, we provide FREE delivery and set up within 35 miles! 

Nothing! We provide all blocking and leveling material to set your shed up for immediate use!

Handi-House guarantees all aluminum siding against rust and corrosion as specified by our aluminum suppliers for twenty (20) years. We also guarantee against defects in workmanship for five (5) years. However, improper installation, misuse, or any alteration of this unit other than by Handi-House MFG Company personnel may make this warranty null and void.

We pride ourself on being the quickest in the business on getting your shed to you! Expect your shed to be delivered within 1 to 2 business days after purchase!

Yes we do! If you want anchors, we do provide those for $35 per anchor

Wether you pay in full or finance, we accept cash and all major credit cards. 

Permits are under the customers discretion. We are not responsible for permits.  

Your building is wired with lights and receptacles, should you choose them, and can be hooked up to electricity. However, we are not responsible for hooking up the power at your home or business. 

Handi-Houses are laboratory tested and proven. Handi House meets the requirements of the Southern Standard Building Code. The Handi-House building meets the standards of the South Florida Building Code.

Unless you’re purchasing a wide-span or vertical sided building, your building’s concrete pad should be the same size as the structure.

We prefer for you (or someone you authorize) to be there prior to installation starting. This allows for any questions you may have to be answered, for you to make the installers aware of any special circumstances, and for any amounts due to be collected. If you need to reschedule your installation, or cannot be there for any reason, please notify customer service immediately.

In most cases, Yes.
Each municipality has its own requirements and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and obtain, any required permits prior to installation. Customer Service can assist in providing drawings if needed.

On average, customers can expect lead times of around 2-4 weeks, which allows us the time we need to create each metal building to the exact specifications our customer’s request.

• 90-Day Workmanship WarrantyR&B Metal Structures warrants that the structure will be free from any and all defects in workmanship 90 days from the date of installation. 
• 1-Year Door and Window WarrantyR&B Metal Structures guarantees that all doors and windows will work as designed for a period of one year from the date of installation.
• 1-Year Roof Leak WarrantyR&B Metal Structures warrants the building to be free from leaks originating at the roof for one year after installation. 
• 20-Year WarrantyFrom the date of installation, the structure will carry a 20-year rust through warranty. This warranty shall be expressly limited to framing elements and roofing/siding materials (normal user care and maintenance are required by the buyer). 
• 40-Year Warranty(Upgraded Purchase Required). Roof and siding panels carry a 40 year chalk and fade resistant warranty from the date of installation. This warranty is limited to chalking and/or fading of roofing materials (normal user care and maintenance required by the buyer).
